The classic 1\/96th scale Revell kits of U.S.S. Kearsarge and C.S.S. Alabama were first produced decades ago, and still go in and out of release regularly. While fantastic models in their own right — especially considering their age — improvements can be made. Here are a few bits that we’ve come up with to take your build to the next level.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>#AS-01 U.S.S. Kearsarge Gun Set. 1\/96th scale<\/strong>. For Revell kit # H-391. This is an after-market set of historically accurate cast metal guns, carriages, and other little goodies meant to replace those in the Revell kit, and bring it more up to show-quality standards. This set can be purchased either to show the ship in her wartime load out, or her Post-War load out. The Revell kit, as produced, shows the ship in her POST-WAR appearance. You need to specify which version you want to buy by clicking on the appropriate “Add to Cart” button below. If no version is specified the standard Post-War version will be shipped.<\/strong><\/p>\n
