Time Frame<\/strong>
\nYour business is very important to us.\u00a0 We will fill all orders as promptly as possible.\u00a0 We are, however, a very small operation.\u00a0 It may take up to two weeks to fill an order, as almost all of our kits are produced on-demand, only when ordered.\u00a0 If you need your items shipped faster, please Contact Us<\/a> directly, and we’ll do our best to meet your needs.<\/p>\n

Gripes and Complaints<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you have a complaint, question, need help with anything you purchased, need replacement parts (regardless of who, or how they were lost\/ broken\/ badly cast), want to know where your\u00a0order is<\/em>,<\/strong>\u00a0or any other matter of business that needs my attention, PLEASE don’t go\u00a0calling PayPal, and disputing\u00a0your purchase before trying to resolve your issue with\u00a0me FIRST!!<\/strong>\u00a0Just give me a shout. The address, email and phone number is below, and contact information is inside every item I produce. It is not like I am trying to hide from you, so there is no reason for you to create banking problems for me just because you feel slighted. I pride myself on my Customer Service, and I take every opportunity to fix problems for my Clients just to make them happy, whether or not it is my fault. You are the people that put food on my table and a roof over my head. The last thing I want to do is cause you to not buy from me anymore.<\/p>\n

Shipping Costs<\/strong>
\nWe try to get our shipping costs as close as possible to the actual amount.\u00a0 If for some reason you are charged more for your order’s shipping than it actually cost us, then we will refund you the difference.\u00a0 If you are ordering multiple items<\/strong>, please\u00a0Contact Us<\/a> for special shipping rates.\u00a0 We’ll accommodate you.<\/p>\n

International Orders<\/strong>
\nWe ask that all international customers Contact Us<\/a> first, before submitting an order via the Shopping Cart. We have yet to find an automated check-out process that will give accurate amounts for international shipping.\u00a0 To save time and under- or over- charges, we prefer that you simply email us with your order and we will be in contact shortly with exact amounts.<\/p>\n
