Please note that we accept payment via Paypal, checks drawn on U.S. Banks, Money Orders, and Cash via Western Union.  Obviously our shopping cart feature only utilizes PayPal and/or Credit Cards as a payment option.  To use our other options, please Contact Us before placing your order.

Time Frame
Your business is very important to us.  We will fill all orders as promptly as possible.  We are, however, a very small operation.  It may take up to two weeks to fill an order, as almost all of our kits are produced on-demand, only when ordered.  If you need your items shipped faster, please Contact Us directly, and we’ll do our best to meet your needs.

Gripes and Complaints

If you have a complaint, question, need help with anything you purchased, need replacement parts (regardless of who, or how they were lost/ broken/ badly cast), want to know where your order is, or any other matter of business that needs my attention, PLEASE don’t go calling PayPal, and disputing your purchase before trying to resolve your issue with me FIRST!! Just give me a shout. The address, email and phone number is below, and contact information is inside every item I produce. It is not like I am trying to hide from you, so there is no reason for you to create banking problems for me just because you feel slighted. I pride myself on my Customer Service, and I take every opportunity to fix problems for my Clients just to make them happy, whether or not it is my fault. You are the people that put food on my table and a roof over my head. The last thing I want to do is cause you to not buy from me anymore.

Shipping Costs
We try to get our shipping costs as close as possible to the actual amount.  If for some reason you are charged more for your order’s shipping than it actually cost us, then we will refund you the difference.  If you are ordering multiple items, please Contact Us for special shipping rates.  We’ll accommodate you.

International Orders
We ask that all international customers Contact Us first, before submitting an order via the Shopping Cart. We have yet to find an automated check-out process that will give accurate amounts for international shipping.  To save time and under- or over- charges, we prefer that you simply email us with your order and we will be in contact shortly with exact amounts.
